As part of this, we made some changes to how payroll was included in our plans. Since then, we&#8217;ve heard from you, our community, that we didn&#8217;t quite get it right for everyone \u2013 particularly those with a few employees, or small business owners who need to pay themselves.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We\u2019ve listened to your feedback<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ve taken your feedback on board, and as a result, some highly requested changes to our plans are on the way. These changes mean <strong>payroll is once again included in all Xero business plans<\/strong>, offering more choice and flexibility when it comes to paying yourself and employees, and keeping up with compliance obligations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payroll and auto super upgrades for Xero Ignite and Xero Grow<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;ll soon be able to pay one person on the Xero Ignite plan (as you could on Xero Starter) and two people on Xero Grow (as you could on Xero Standard). You\u2019ll also be able to process automated super payments on both plans \u2013 something we know is really important.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What this means for our customers&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>If you were on Xero before July 2024:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you\u2019ve already moved to either the Xero Ignite or Xero Grow plan and would like to stay on it, there\u2019s nothing you need to do.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>For those moving to either the Xero Ignite or Xero Grow plan in July 2025, our current timing stays in place. However, the changes to Xero Ignite and Grow will come into effect before then, so you\u2019ll have the option to switch sooner. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>If the enhanced Xero Ignite or Xero Grow plan is a better option for you than moving up a plan, you can switch plans when we alert you the payroll changes to the two plans are live. The flexibility is yours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you joined Xero after 1 July 2024 <\/strong>and you\u2019re on the Xero Ignite, Xero Grow or Xero Comprehensive plans, you may want to take advantage of the changes we&#8217;re making that will allow you to pay more people on the Xero Ignite and Xero Grow plans.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll reach out to you directly in the coming months once the enhanced plans are available.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adding even more value to Xero\u2019s plans<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Over the coming months, we\u2019re excited to deliver more value through tools like <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.xero.com\/news-events\/xero-to-acquire-syft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Analytics powered by Syft<\/a>. This empowers you or your small business clients with insights to better understand business performance and confidently make more data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Thanks for your continued feedback&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>These changes were made as a direct result of your feedback. We want to ensure your experience with Xero is the best it can be, and your input helps us better understand how to do this.
