LET\u2019S TALK COFFEE! One of the most common questions I get asked is \u201cHow do you drink coffee while you are intermittent fasting<\/a>?\u201d<\/em><\/strong> I didn\u2019t know if I would be able to when I first started, but then I found a few tricks and must have creamers<\/a><\/strong> I can use and I\u2019ve never looked back!<\/p>\n

How I Drink My Coffee & Not Break My Fast:<\/span><\/h3>\n

The trick to enjoying your morning cup of coffee (or midday, or afternoon\u2026 depending on how long you are fasting!) while still remaining in a fasted state is finding just the right creamer that does the job. You\u2019ll need to keep the total calories under 50<\/a><\/strong> so you can ensure you are remaining in a fasted state<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
