Available Now at select Rocket Farm Restaurants locations and ALL Monday Night Brewing taprooms in the Southeast<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Monday Night Brewing and Chef Ford Fry<\/a>, chef & CEO of Rocket Farm Restaurants<\/a>, have launched a new beer collaboration: Chef Series: Ford Fry \u2013 Salt & Pepper Pilsner.<\/p>\n Chef Series: Ford Fry \u2013 Salt & Pepper Pilsner was developed and brewed in Atlanta in partnership with the Atlanta-based, award-winning chef, restaurateur and visionary. Using Barke Pilsner malt and Tettnanger hops, this beer is brewed with a mash decoction, which amplifies the malt-driven quality of a classic Pilsner, balanced by the kick of black pepper (supplied by Telicherry and Aranya peppercorns) and Maldon salt. A crushable 4.7% ABV, the salt and pepper are present but subtle, delivering a beer engineered to complement great food, whether it\u2019s a coldwater oyster or brisket from the smoker.<\/p>\n As with previous editions of Monday Night Brewing\u2019s Chef Series, a portion of proceeds will benefit non-profit organizations serving our community.
