About the Position<\/b><\/p>\n

We\u2019re looking for Member Relations Specialists to be the frontline of customer support, assisting our members with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management. Support requests come through email, phone, and our ticketing system, Zendesk, and you\u2019ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our members.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role goes beyond answering questions\u2014it\u2019s about <\/span>building relationships, anticipating needs, and actively promoting the value of Harvie\u2019s service<\/b>. Whether it\u2019s guiding a potential customer through the sign-up process, recommending products, or helping a member maximize their subscription, your goal is to <\/span>enhance the customer experience and have meaningful interactions with our customers.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
