Thick frothy head that stuck to the side of the glass during drinking, leaving same colour streaks down the glass.<\/p>\n<p>Thick resinous notes of pine come through initially, akin to a classic West Coast IPA. As those dank notes mellow out, a light passion fruit aroma with citrus lemon and grapefruit notes coming through. There was a medium amount of sweetness coming through.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of bitterness, the body began with a decent kick to the palate, before having the soothing pine notes come through to ease off the bitterness.
