Beginner-friendly and quick to assemble, this project may require a bit of adult supervision, depending on your child&#8217;s age. Dive into some woodland fun and enjoy making these cute masks together!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thick craft paper in two colours<\/li>\n<li>A small piece of felt<\/li>\n<li>Small twigs to make the antlers<\/li>\n<li>White wax crayon<\/li>\n<li>Pencil<\/li>\n<li>Scissors<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ulula.co.uk\/products\/okonorm-multi-purpose-glue\" title=\"Okonorm Multi Purpose Glue\">Glue<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Wooden stick or piece of elastic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0557\/6032\/2649\/files\/mogli-making-deerm-mask.jpg?v=1739821511\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s how to make your deer mask:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First, print out the MOGLi template.<\/li>\n<li>Then cut out the individual pieces with scissors.<\/li>\n<li>Trace the large part with a pencil onto craft paper in the colour of your choice. You can use a fawn brown or choose a completely different colour for a fantasy deer.<\/li>\n<li>Trace the small parts onto a piece of craft paper of a different colour. We chose a light beige for the ears and forehead and black felt for the nose.<\/li>\n<li>Cut out all pieces along the pencil lines.<\/li>\n<li>Then glue the smaller pieces onto the large piece using glue.<\/li>\n<li>Now you can add details to the mask with a wax crayon.<\/li>\n<li>Glue a fringe made of green branches onto the mask.<\/li>\n<li>Next attach the twigs with glue to the back of the mask to make the antlers.<\/li>\n<li>The finished mask can now be attached to a wooden stick so that your child can hold it in their hand. Alternatively, you can attach a wide elastic band to the mask.
