    \n(A) Fillings \u9985\u6599<\/b><\/span>
    500g minced meat \u8089\u71e5 (I use pork, can replace with chicken or beef \u6211\u7528\u732a\u8089\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u9e21\u8089\u6216\u725b\u8089\u71e5)<\/i><\/span>
    120g shallots \u7ea2\u8471\u5934<\/span>
    50g garlic \u849c\u5934<\/span>

    <\/span>
    \nSeasonings \u8c03\u5473\u6599<\/i><\/b><\/span>
    1 Tbsp Hua Tiao Chiew cooking wine \u4e00\u5927\u52fa\u82b1\u96d5\u9152<\/span>
    1 Tbsp light soy sauce\u4e00\u5927\u52fa\u9171\u6cb9<\/span>
    1\/4 tsp sugar \u7cd6<\/span>
    1\/4 tsp white pepper powder \u767d\u80e1\u6912\u7c89<\/span>

    \n(B) Sponge Cake \u6d77\u7ef5\u86cb\u7cd5\u4f53<\/b><\/span>
    5 eggs \u9e21\u86cb<\/span>
    100g caster sugar \u7ec6\u7802\u7cd6<\/span>
    160g blue jacket unbleached cake flour, sifted \u6c34\u624b\u724c\u86cb\u7cd5\u7c89\/\u4f4e\u7b4b\u9762\u7c89\uff0c\u8fc7\u7b5b<\/span>
    40g olive oil \u6a44\u6984\u6cb9<\/span>

    \nPreparation \u51c6\u5907\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1a<\/b><\/span>
    Grease the inner sides and base of the cake pan before laying a piece of non-stick baking paper at the base. Wrap the base with aluminium foil.\u00a0<\/span>I’m using an 8″ PUSHPAN to steam the cake. The push pan is leaked proof and water-tight due to the patented advance technology, so there’s no need to wrap the base with aluminium foil.\u00a0<\/span>
