First up, the delicious <strong>piononos pops<\/strong>: fried plantain balls topped with shredded beef, nata (a spreadable cream), and panela cheese. Our server rightfully recommended the <strong>pabellon arepa<\/strong> with shredded beef, black beans, fried sweet plantains, panela cheese, and cilantro sauce.
