Lustigman, who had his own advertising law boutique firm and eventually retired from Olshan. \u201cMy father\u2019s practice, like mine, focused on advertising and marketing law,\u201d Andy said. \u201cAs a child, he would bring home examples of his work, such as Sea Monkeys, or other novelty items, so that I was able to see the fun side of the law.\u201d In the 1980s, Sheldon founded the Lustigman Firm, which Andy joined in 1995. In 2011, the firm joined Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP, where Sheldon continued to practice for the next decade. \u201cI also admired how clients relied on my father for advice and his help, particularly when they were facing significant government enforcement actions,\u201d Andy said. \u201cAnd he loved to help the little guy who was facing a seemingly insurmountable challenge.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Andrew B.
