In this post, I will show you how to create using old jeans, to make a cute and colorful denim cover booklet, with its signature inside! We will also create a lovely, gel printed holder made out of a jeans pocket.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">To get vibrant and crisp prints on denim, it is advisable to first make a gel printed layer of white acrylic paint, and then print over with a colorful layer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">You can apply this technique to decorate your own jeans and proudly wear them: in this case you can use fabric paint or add a fabric medium to your regular acrylic paint to make them washable. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Enjoy!\ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<figure style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2013 C<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ut a strip of denim and a pocket from an old pair of jeans<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Spread an even layer of white acrylic paint on the (mini) plate mounted on acrylic block or acetate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Lay a stencil on the denim<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Press the plate on the denim<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 \u2018Clean\u2019 the plate pressing it on paper or on another side of the denim<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Leaving the stencil in place, repeat the same step with a colorful layer of acrylic paint<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Fill the whole strip of denim until you are happy the result<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>For the booklet process:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Collect your favorite gel print\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Cut them to size to fit inside the denim cover<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Fold them in half and create the signature<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Lay the signature on the opened cover aligned with the spine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Thread a needle with cotton or embroidery floss<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Poke
