Extension application deadline:<\/strong> 5 July 2025<\/p>\nILR application deadline:<\/strong> 5 July 2027<\/p>\nThose who transitioned from a Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa to a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa have until 5 July 2025 to apply for a two-year extension. They then have until 5 July 2027 to apply for ILR under this route.<\/p>\n

As a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa holder, before taking any action, you should review your current visa status to determine which deadline(s) apply to you.
