Always make time for your family and friends .\u00a0 Work your butt off and try to do your best on every little thing .\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>What do you do for fun?<\/strong>\u00a0I spend time with my grand-babies! I like to eat out, go to the movies,\u00a0antique shop, and travel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>If you were going to give one piece of advice to a young person who wanted to get into the business\u00a0of barbecue or just &#8220;food&#8221; in general,\u00a0what would that be?<\/strong>\u00a0\u2028\u2028Put together a team you invest in. It takes more than just cooking skills to be successful. Our family is blessed to have a CPA (Dusty) in the family .\u00a0 Your team needs to have different gifts and also be able to recognize them and use them unselfishly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>If you could do something outside of the\u00a0restaurant\/hospitality\u00a0business, what would that be?\u00a0<\/strong>I&#8217;d be the 3rd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gypsyville.com\">Junk Gypsy<\/a> or maybe their weird Aunt. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>When you actually get the chance&#8230;what do you do for fun\u00a0with girlfriends or\u00a0a &#8220;Night Out?&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>\u2028<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Eat a good meal and just catch up and talk!<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Favorite Musician?<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/laurendaigle.com\"><strong> <\/strong>Lauren Daigle<\/a> <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>If you were to empty out your purse on the table right now, what would we find?\u2028\u2028  <\/strong>Coins, candy wrappers, 5 lipsticks and H-E-B receipts. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Is there a local or national charitable cause that you support and would like more people to be aware of?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Foster Love<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:center;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>RECIPE CARD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong><em>We end each\u00a0interview\u00a0with a piece we can share from your kitchen to the reader\u2019s home kitchen. Think of it as sharing a recipe card from one good friend to another. What is a favorite recipe you like to share from your home kitchen when you are entertaining with friends and family? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:center;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>  Grandma Grier\u2019s Cheese Ball<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">My Grandma Grier was quite a cook and taught me a few recipes.\u00a0 I get my love for baking from her.\u00a0\u00a0Here is the handwritten recipe from Grandmas Grier for her Cheese Ball. This is a great recipe for entertaining. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong> Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">(2) 8oz packages of Cream Cheese<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">(2) cups sharp cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">(1) Tbs each of finely chopped &#8211; bell pepper, pimento, and onion<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">(2) tsp Worcestershire Sauce<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">(1) tsp lemon juice<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Dash &#8211; cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate until firm enough to form a ball. Roll Ball in chopped nuts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">To serve: Remove from refrigerator and let sit soften for using to spread.
