It allows us to compare the inventory on the same dates:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>NSDCC Active Listings:<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2024: <strong>324<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2025: <strong>368 (+14%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are also 30 more in the Coming Soon bin, plus private exclusives at all brokerages. If we just add the Coming Soons to this year\u2019s count, the YoY change is +23%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The surge in listings is underway, but it\u2019s just not that obvious yet.
