Over the last\u00a0four\u00a0years we have had over\u00a0250\u00a0founders and investors take part in the programme focusing on the growth mindset, the signs and symptoms of burnout, intrinsic motivation and team alignment.\u00a0The rewards from participating in the programme in terms of personal growth as well as the impact on your startup cannot be underestimated. To quote one of the participants from last year:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAbroad delivered on so many levels for me. It provided a weekly chance to step out of the hectic into a calm self-learning space. It provided sincere one-on-one coaching. It provided tools to help me solve both personal and business issues that I was facing.
