I used <a href=\"http:\/\/ryzeglutenfree.com\/product\/blue-bag\/\">RYZE Blue Flour Blend<\/a>\u2013 so simple \u2018cause the blend is all I needed, plus there are no gums or starches.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 \u00be cups <a href=\"http:\/\/ryzeglutenfree.com\/product\/blue-bag\/\">RYZE Blue Flour Blend<\/a>, more for shaping dough <a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreemakeovers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/savory-mini-scones-2-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-838 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/glutenfreemakeovers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/savory-mini-scones-2-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"http:\/\/glutenfreemakeovers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/savory-mini-scones-2-1-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/glutenfreemakeovers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/savory-mini-scones-2-1-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/glutenfreemakeovers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/savory-mini-scones-2-1-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\"\/><\/a><br \/>2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives<br \/>3 teaspoons baking powder<br \/>\u00bd teaspoon baking soda<br \/>\u00bd teaspoon salt<br \/>8 tablespoons cold unsalted butter or non-hydrogenated shortening, cut into small pieces<br \/>\u00bd cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries (Craisins)<br \/>\u00bd cup finely grated cheddar cheese<br \/>2 large eggs<br \/>1 tablespoon honey<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 <\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1\/3 cup milk<br \/>Egg wash (1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon milk)<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In a large bowl, whisk together flour blend, chives, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Add butter to dry ingredients. Using your fingers or a pastry cutter, work butter into dry ingredients to create a coarse meal. Stir in chopped cranberries and cheese. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Make a well in the middle of dry mixture. Break eggs into the well.
