    2oz cream cheese, softened<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7oz sweetened condensed milk<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    \u00bd cup very cold milk<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    \u00bc cup very cold water<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    1.7oz instant vanilla pudding mix (Half of a 3.4 oz box)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    11oz box of Nilla wafers (you will not use the full box)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    1\u00bd cups heavy whipping cream<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    \u00bc tsp clear vanilla flavor<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    4 small bananas, sliced<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Directions<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

    Banana Pudding<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

      In a large bowl, use an electric handheld mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Add the sweetened condensed milk, cold milk, and cold water, and beat on medium-low speed for 1-2 minutes until combined and smooth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Add the vanilla pudding mix and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, or until the pudding just starts to thicken.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to ensure the pudding completely sets.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      In a large bowl, use an electric handheld mixer to beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla flavor until stiff peaks form.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the whipped cream into the fully set pudding mixture until combined and uniform in color with no visible streaks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7. \n

      Line the bottom of a medium sized serving bowl or several mini trifle dishes with one layer of the Nilla wafers. (I used a 1.5-quart clear glass bowl with a flat bottom.) (Note: A standard trifle dish will be too large unless you double the recipe.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    8. \n

      Place one layer of sliced bananas on top of the wafers. Top the banana slices with \u2153 of the pudding mixture.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    9. \n

      Repeat this process until there are 3 layers of wafers, bananas, and pudding.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    10. \n

      Crush 5-6 wafers and any crumbs or broken wafers from the box and sprinkle on top of the pudding. Cover and keep refrigerated until serving.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
