{"id":110303,"date":"2025-02-26T02:24:46","date_gmt":"2025-02-26T02:24:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peraltafinancing.com\/aerospace\/boc-signs-lease-agreement-with-arajet-for-five-boeing-737-8s\/"},"modified":"2025-02-26T02:24:46","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T02:24:46","slug":"boc-signs-lease-agreement-with-arajet-for-five-boeing-737-8s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=110303","title":{"rendered":"BOC signs lease agreement with Arajet for five Boeing 737-8s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>BOC Aviation has announced the purchase of five 737-8 aircraft from Boeing and has signed a long-term lease for these aircraft with Arajet, the largest airline in the Dominican Republic.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe value our partnership with BOC Aviation as we continue to consolidate our fleet and our footprint in the region,\u201d Victor Pacheco, Founder and CEO of Arajet, said in a press release, published on February 24, 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs these aircraft deliver, we continue to grow our future orderbook and to further build out our fleet of technologically advanced aircraft,\u201d Steven Townend, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of BOC Aviation added.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-leaderboard bn-1\"\/>\n<p>All aircraft will be equipped with CFM LEAP-1B engines and are expected to be delivered in 2026 and 2027.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On December 4, 2025, BOC Aviation signed a lease agreement with European travel group TUI for 14 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
