Those wishing to attend can register now for a free Trade Pass via the EBS website.<\/p>\n<p>EBS 2025 will feature an extensive lineup of <strong>bar takeovers, expert-led seminars, brand experiences, and trade-focused events<\/strong>, offering unparalleled opportunities for knowledge-sharing and networking and creating unforgettable moments while having a whole lot of fun.<\/p>\n<p>Founded by <strong>Iain McPherson<\/strong> (Panda &amp; Sons), <strong>Jamie Faulds<\/strong>, and <strong>Gary Anderson<\/strong> (Edinburgh Cocktail Week), the show has quickly established itself as a must-attend event for hospitality professionals. With plans to deliver an even bigger and broader programme in 2025, the organisers are inviting bars, brands, and industry figures to be part of its continued growth.<\/p>\n<p>Jamie comments, <em>\u201cEdinburgh Bar Show 2024 was everything we hoped for \u2013 a real celebration of the industry that brought together bar peers, drinks professionals and amazing brands for a whirlwind few days of seminars, experiences, events and takeovers.&nbsp; The positive spirit of community, energy and good vibes will live long in the memory.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Iain adds <em>&#8220;Last year was a brilliant success and it was amazing to see the Scottish bartending community all pulling together and seeing bartenders from all over the world in Edinburgh. I&#8217;m so excited for this <\/em><em>year\u2019s EBS, which will have a lot more seminars, events and activities.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThere was a real buzz at the end of EBS last year, with lots of positive feedback, so we&#8217;re excited to build on that for 2025 with the support of our brand partners. It\u2019s great to welcome so many new brands onboard this year, helping us maintain EBS as a free-to-attend event, and develop a programme that we\u2019re sure will inspire attendees and showcase the abundance of talent and drink producers we have here in Scotland.\u201c c<\/em>omments Gary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to Expect in 2025:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edinburgh Bar Show is excited to welcome lots of new brands and profiles to the roster this year as well as enjoying continued support from last year\u2019s partners. This year EBS will welcome the Diageo Bar Academy, Johnnie Walker, Paragon, Disaronno and Fernet Branca to name just a few! Original supporters including William Grant &amp; Sons, Bacardi Group, Pernod Ricard, Campari Group, Moet Hennessy and many more will be returning.&nbsp; Selected highlights include\u2026<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>Johnnie Walker \u2018Drop\u2019<\/strong>.\u00a0 Running 12-8pm across the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of EBS, be amongst the first in Europe to taste the latest addition to the Johnnie Walker Black label family, brought to life at <strong>Johnnie Walker Princes Street<\/strong> with an amazingly immersive multi sensorial journey.\u00a0 Not to be missed and exclusively free for all EBS delegates to book.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glenmorangie \u2018Wonder Cinema\u2019<\/strong> experience \u2013 an amazing, curated bartenders event at the Scotsman cinema highlighting creativity in cocktail development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diageo Bar Academy <\/strong>\u2013 Diageo\u2019s global training programme for bar professionals will be hosting a two-day pop-up at the EBS Hub on 7<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 9<sup>th<\/sup> April. With a focus on team building and career development, Diageo Bar Academy\u2019s UK trainers <strong>La\u2019Mel Clarke<\/strong> and <strong>Marc McParland<\/strong> will partner with guest speakers to host a series of <strong>seminars, mini masterclasses, and 121 careers counselling<\/strong>. Guests will also be given the opportunity to have professional head shots taken and to enjoy a bar takeover by Diageo\u2019s World Class alumni.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distillery tours<\/strong> and experiences at the newly opened, city-centre <strong>Edinburgh Gin Distillery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A seminar focusing on the <strong>mindful drinking<\/strong> opportunity and breathwork workshop with <strong>Lillet<\/strong> and <strong>Camille Vidal<\/strong> (@mindfullycami).<\/li>\n<li>EBS Launch party with <strong>Hendrick\u2019s and Monkey Shoulder<\/strong> on Sunday 6<sup>th <\/sup>April. And with the official EBS Closing Party with Remy Cointreau &#8211; leading with <strong>The Botanist and Bruichladdich<\/strong> &#8211; on Wednesday 9<sup>th <\/sup>April.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jamie adds, <em>\u201cOur challenge for this year has been to build on that success and further develop the event for a growing audience.
