The Best Drumsticks Recipe
I’ve been putting together a series of recipes for my son, who just moved into his first apartment in New York City. He works long hours and needs dinners he can pull together fast, without any hassle.
Drumsticks were the obvious choice. With meat prices climbing – and you can tack on another 20% in NYC – they’re inexpensive, juicy, and full of flavor without stretching a budget.
I used to make a version of these in the oven, but now that he’s got a new air fryer, I wanted to put it to work. The air fryer does most of the work, and cleanup is minimal.
Drumsticks also have universal appeal. Kids love them because they’re easy to pick up and eat right off the bone. Mine aren’t so little anymore, but they still LOVE these.
