The What’s On Lock-In returns to InterContinental Abu Dhabi

We’re bringing the What’s On Lock-In staycation back to InterContinental Abu Dhabi on October 3 and 4, with a one-night package priced at Dhs899 for two adults and two children under 12, including brunch, an after-party and breakfast (with more details to be added soon).

Set on its own private beach and marina near Corniche, InterContinental Abu Dhabi is a five-star, 390-room property with six signature restaurants, including Chamas Churrascaria & Bar, Byblos Sur Mer, Fishmarket and Belgian Cafe. Guests staying with the Lock-In get exclusive Saturday access to the Club Lounge, along with use of the Bayshore Beach Club’s infinity pool and stretch of private beach.

Children up to 12 stay and dine free under the hotel’s family policy, making the package one of the more accessible family staycations in Abu Dhabi this season.

What’s included in the What’s On Lock-In

Saturday, October 3: check-in and orientation

Check-in opens at 10am, exclusively at the Club Lounge. From 10am to 12.30pm, guests can take part in the What’s On orientation and partner activations before the main event begins.

Brunch at Chamas

From 1pm to 4pm, it’s time to eat, drink and settle into the weekend with a brunch at Chamas. Guests can expect house beverages, plenty of food and live music, with the venue’s regular entertainment adding to the atmosphere. The best part? The brunch is included in the full package so it’s completely guilt-free and budget-friendly.

Expect a lively MC, tonnes of games and spot prizes and the most delicious food and drink. There’s something for the kids too. Our weekend-only Kids’ Corner lets the parents have fun worry-free, with tonnes of activities to keep the children occupied while you soak in the best brunch vibes.

Keep the party going

Chamas

Once brunch wraps up, the fun doesn’t have to stop. From 4.30pm until late, guests can continue the celebrations at Chamas Bar, with more drinks, music and entertainment planned for the after-party.

There will also be a number of complimentary drinks available to redeem before 8pm.

Time to turn in

After a full day of eating, drinking and dancing, it’s time to retreat to your room at InterContinental Abu Dhabi.

At AED899 per room, the Lock-In offer is also available to families, with two adults and two children able to stay under the hotel’s kids stay and dine for free policy for children aged up to 12.

Sunday, October 4: Breakfast, then check out

Bayshore

There’s no need to rush into Sunday. Breakfast will be served at Selections from 6.30am until 12pm, giving you plenty of time to grab a bite and ease into the final morning of your stay.

If you’d like to keep the little ones busy with an activity as you enjoy your slow morning, the Lock-In will have tonnes of trendy, memorable crafts for the kids to take home as a souvenir.
